Gute Bierauswahl bei zu hohen Preisen. Würde man sich mit Bier auch auskenne und das Dauergeplapper der Verkäufer reduzieren können, so wäre es wohl ein guter Tip. Kompetenz bitte!

Klar 5 von 5 Sternen. Seit der ersten Bierinsel gehört die Getränke-​Oase Liebsch zu meinen festen Adressen wenn es um «besondere» (Craft Beer) geht.
Gute Beratung, gute Auswahl und für mich ein Katzensprung
Sollte man mal hingehen, im Zweifel bei der nächsten Bierinsel !

Wow. For years, I’ve been complaining about how hard it is to find any type of bier besides the expected Helles or Weissbier varieties in Munich (hey, those biers are great… but sometimes you want something different).
Then I realized that this joint was in my backyard all along. This tiny little Getraenkmarkt has TONS of incredibly interesting and varied biers. Most are from Germany, though some are from surrounding countries or the U.S. (hello again, my friend Mr. Microbrew).
What I love is that they know bier — even beyond the eponymous Helles. I mentioned how much I missed American-​style IPAs and they recommended a handful of German brewers who are doing the same thing. Amazing! I never knew.
Highly recommended if you need to grab a Kiste of Augustiner or if you want to peruse something totally different. Great service, excellent selection. I only wish it were closer to my house!

I cannot fathom how I managed to overlook this excellent establishment for several years. It’s only a few blocks from me and sells a plethora of interesting beers, most Bavarian, many German and a few foreign. From the outside, you would assume (like I did) that this is yet another place to just buy cases of Augustiner (not to in any way harp on the lovely Augustiner) or cheaper beer, but in fact it is a temple to interesting beers from all over, something you do not easily find in Munich. And they even speak good English. Beer lovers, prepare your pilgrimage to this awesome destination. The only reason I don’t give them five stars is that my wallet hurts a bit, but once it heals, I may have to revise this upwards.

Sehr, sehr gute Auswahl an Bierspezialitäten. Vor allem die Auswahl an IPA ist eindrucksvoll. Freundliche und kompetente Beratung für Neueinsteiger. Natürlich gibt es auch die Klassiker aus bayrischen Landen. Bisher nix vergleichbares in München gefunden.
