Sebs Bike Shop

Ich war heute in diesem Bike Shop und bin leider mehr als unzufrieden. Der Laden wurde mir empfohlen, ich kann ihn aber nicht weiterempfehlen, sondern eher davon abraten. Leider habe ich den Inhaber (ich nehme mal an, dass er das war) als unglaublich unsympathisch empfunden. Er hat wortwörtlich gesagt: ‘Für dieses billige Baumarkt-​Rad mache ich mir meine Finger nicht schmutzig!’ Selbst wenn es damals billig gewesen wäre und das finde ich bei 250EUR Neupreis nicht gerade ist es ein Unding so etwas zu zahlender Kundschaft zu sagen.
Es soll auch erwähnt sein, dass lediglich meine Lampe vorne nicht mehr funktionierte, also nicht mal was, wo er hätte großartig Arbeit reinstecken müssen.
Unglaublich dass er dazu ‘einfach keine Lust und es nicht nötig hat’!
Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt!
Übrigens, bei Stadler wurde es innerhalb von 10 min. sogar kostenlos repariert! Das nenne ich Service und Kundenbindung!
Sebs Bike Shop sieht mich und einige andere Kunden (denen ich diese Story erzählt habe) nicht mehr wieder! Und jedem, der ein Fahrrad reparieren will, dass irgendwo einen Rostfleck hat rate ich auch nicht dazu hier hinzugehen!
Schade, hatte mir mehr erhofft!

This shop is well hidden in a little corner of a little street behind the Küchengarten.
So make sure you visit the homepage:

The shop itsself is rather small, but thats ok, because its very tidy and neat and the connected workshop is again hidden in not seen space behind the shop.
The bikes you will find there are all pretty exclusive and not of the cheapest kind. Compensating for that, you get the best consultation and every part on the bike will be adjusted for you.
Since the Owner really knows his stuff, repairs will be handled quickly and satisfying.
Of course you can also order every kind of bike-​part since the shop itsself is not that big.
Also a Highlight is the windowfront because usually there is a nice old bike hanging there, which is mostly very nice to look at and dream (do not look at the pricetag though :)
