Das ist ja mal ein super Thai Imbiss!
Große Auswahl, schnelle Zubereitung, super leckeres Essen, gute Portionen, faire Preise & sehr netter Service!
Abgesehen von wirklich leckeren Thai Gerichten kann man sich hier auch ganz besonders über die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des ganzen Teams freuen. Wir sind spontan hier gewesen und hatten kein Bargeld dabei (Kartenzahlung nicht möglich), da bot man uns mit einem Lächeln an, daß wir ein anderes mal zahlen oder die Rechnung überweisen… und das obwohl wir das erste mal hier waren — wow, dieses entgegengebrachte Vertrauen hat uns echt gerührt :-)

Sehr freundlicher und authentischer Thai-​Imbiss, zentral gelegen am Borgweg. Für mich die beste asiatische Küche in Winterhude.

This is right by our apartment and next to the Borgweg U-​bahn station so its super convenient for lunch or dinner!
We stopped by for an easy dinner one night and it was great! The place is a little cozy, but there were not that many people dining in. Looks like they have a lot of to go orders.
We ordered the pork wonton appetizers to share, a couple of Chang beers and for entrees we each ordered a curry dish. We ordered the red curry with chicken and a green curry with chicken. We were both impressed by the flavors and the spiciness of the dishes. We haven’t really had anything spicy since moving to Hamburg so it was nice to have the familiar thai flavors and spice levels remind us of home ;)
Overall, I would come back here to try the other dishes as they are quick, the portions are reasonable and its a good alternative to the other usual restaurant choices around here.

We chanced upon Thai Style during our first few weeks in Hamburg, probably while returning from one of our many trips to Ikea. The restaurant is very near U Borweg station. The place is super small with seats for about 6 people. It seems like they do a lot of take away and deliveries. This was the first Thai food we tried in Hamburg and it left us very satisfied, and impress that there was something so authentic near where we lived.
Everything we tried, from the very extensive menu, was very tasty. I rather enjoy the heavier use of fish sauce in the curries, which is something not found even in the States. Their nasi goreng and pad see ew was on point and portions are generous, though when considering the higher price point, I would say what you get is a fair amount for the cost.
I’ve since learned how to make a decent version of Thai curry at home, so we might not need to look else where for Thai curry, but I’d definitely want to come back to Thai Style for the noodle dishes and even the stir fries that we have yet to try.

I love Thai food. Being originally from San Francisco where there are numerous great Thai places and having spent some time traveling through Thailand, my wife and I were actually quite impressed with the food here on both of our visits.
The menu is quite extensive and includes some non-​Thai dishes as well (we did try an Indonesian fried rice dish (nasi goreng) and it was really good), but we’ve mostly stuck to some of our favorites that we’ve had dozens of times over. The Thai curries here are delicious and very flavorful. And my ultimate favorite Thai street food dish (pad see ew) is quite good here.
The place is extremely small with literally only three tables available, so it is more suited for zum mitnehmen. As this is the case, ironically, you can often more likely be able to find a spot to dine-​in because everyone else is ordering for take-​away or delivery.
The only downside I would say is pricing as it is a little on the expensive side, but the serving size is also quite substantial as well.

Das ThaiStyle ist ein thailändischer Imbiss/​Restaurant am Wiesendamm, direkte Nähe U-​Bahn Borgweg. Da Neueröffnung dran steht und uns dieser vorher noch nicht aufgefallen ist, sage ich neu seit Oktober 2014.
Wir waren schon häufiger dort essen und es ist echt lecker. Die Zutaten sind frisch und es sind sehr gute Portitionen. Ein thailändisches Hauptgericht kostet durchschnittlich 8,90 Euro und man wird sehr gut satt, teilweise bleibt noch etwas für die Arbeit nächsten Tag übrig.
Sehr nette Bedienungen. Angeblich soll es ab Februar noch einen Lieferservice im Umkreis von 3 km geben, haben wir aber noch nicht ausprobiert.
Zusammenfassend: Sehr leckere, frische Gerichte mit guten Portitionen und Preisen.
