Nachmittags im Notdienst wurde ein rezeptfreies wichtiges Medikament nicht verkauft. Argument der sehr unfreundlichen Dame: es handelt sich nicht um ein Notdienstmedikament sollte dies doch in der Woche kaufen Sie holt mir das nicht !
(es handelt sich um ein Herz Stärkungsmittel rezeptfrei für Menschen mit Herzproblemen)

Diese Apotheke würde ich wegen des unfreundlichen Personals niemandem empfehlen — gibt genug andere TOP Apotheken in der Nähe …

I wanted to buy some chapstick and I didn’t expect it to be cheap here, since it’s a pharmacy. I did, however, expect the staff to be flexible with payment options. For the EUR3,50 which I didn’t have enough cash for at the moment, they refused to accept my EC card. The salesperson’s comment, for such a small amount came with a disgusted grimace. They insisted I cross traffic twice to get cash from the ATM. I did cross the street, but to go to their competitor Rossman to get a similar product for only EUR1,50. Schwan Apotheke’s still has some learning to do when it comes to making things convenient for the customer.
