Mariuca Yoga

Being a Yoga and Pilates lover, I used to exercise a lot in different studios while moving around. I have never been disappointed that much.
This place is very small and unprofessional. It has a mini changing room where there is no door, so that people can see you changing from outside. Also there is no running water in the changing room such as a sink or lockers. The studio is very small, without any mirrors to look at your movements during the exercise and no stereo.
The first time I went there the room was so full that the mats were right next to each other very closely. We could not strech out our arms without toughing each other. When people started sweating, the air became really bad and breathing deeply was kind of disgusting. There is no proper music that could stimulate your senses. The owner was kind of unfriendly, maybe she was too busy. she charged money for the trial class even when the website said its for free!!!
Due to the lack of alternatives I had to keep on going to this place if I wanted to continue exercising.
The third time. I registrated for the class before hand to make sure of my space. However, when I arrived after a drive of 20 minutes, the instructor told me that it is already too full and I am not allowed to participate!
I really wish there would be a more professional yoga place in this area!

Juhu, endlich gibt es auch in Harburg ein Yogastudio. Das Üben hier ist sehr schweißtreibend aber auch sehr achtsam. Die Atmosphäre ist offen und freundlich — es macht einfach Spaß hierher zu kommen!
