ibis Hamburg City

Geht so… Essen ist gut. Zimmer sind klein. Personal nett bis überfordert, halt kein Fachpersonal.

Ein schönes Hotel in super Lage. Das Zimmer war schön & modern Eingerichtet & das Bett war das beste in dem ich je lag. Der Service ist auch ausgezeichnet, hier kümmert man sich direkt um das Anliegen der Gäste. Ein klasse Hotel das ich gern wieder besuche.

Nous avons passé deux nuits non consécutives dans cet hôtel. le ⁴⁄₀₈ très bon accueil, enregistrement rapide, personne serviable et souriante. Le ⁹⁄₀₈ une jeune femme incompétente, incapable de retrouver ma réservation, mettant en doute le fait que j’en ai une sans jamais se remettre en question. or c’est elle qui avait tort, une collègue venue en renfort a trouvé ma réservation. Je n’ai pas reçu d’excuses de sa part, inadmissible !
Autrement les chambres sont toutes neuves, literie conforme aux autres Ibis.
Un souci, pas possible d’arrêter la climatisation. Il faut mieux avoir sa chambre dans les étages supérieurs, on y entend moins les chasses tirées durant la nuit mais on subit d’importantes variations de températures lors de la douche. A vous de choisir.
Autre chose, le petit déjeuner est d’un très bon rapport qualité-​prix mais l’hôtel est grand et il y a beaucoup de monde dans une salle à manger pas si grande que ça quand le temps né permet pas d’aller en terrasse.

Mit diesem Hotel hat die Ibis Gruppe genau ins Schwarze getroffen. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und aller Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist wirklich top.
Das Hotel ist super sauber. Die Mitarbeiter wirklich äußerst freundlich und bemüht jedem Gast die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war sehr modern, dennoch gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. An allen wichtigen Punkten sind Steckdosen und es ist sehr sauber. Auch das Bad ist klasse.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker und wird ständig nachgefüllt.
Das Hotel ist für jeden Trip nach Hamburg absolut zu empfehlen.

Super die Tiefgarage direkt beim Hotel für € 9 am Tag.
Daß Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein aber funktionell eingerichtet. Schönes Bad. Zentrale Lage.

A very nice hotel for a fair price!
I stayed there for a weekend, booked about 5 month in advance.
This is a new built hotel, just opened in november this year.
Perfect location, walking distacne to central station are 5 minutes! also 5 minutes to the city center, 2 minutes to the library– very, very handy!
Check-​IN– no problems, very friendly staff. You can pay when checkn in or when you do the checkout.
Breakfast is 10 €, I didn’t try it out (cause a Schweinske is closeby and the best to do for breakfast in Hamburg).
Clean, tidy rooms as you can see on the pics.
In the bathroom where showergel and enough towels. No further extra’s, which is fine to me.
A lot of TV channels, one (fox) gave the possibility to switch so orignial sound, all others where synchronized to german…
Maybe one thing I could complain about– the cleaning times. I was out for breakfast, shopping etc, when I came back at 4 p.m., my room was still not cleaned…
Next to this building there is an ibis Budget, which is a cheaper version of it. If you are fine wiht less space, book a room there.
