More than two years down the line, HIMMEL & HOELLE has not only managed to maintain the same quality standard but also improved.
One of these improvements is the second and new hairdresser Marie. She knows her craft and the first haircut she gave me is beyond awesome.
I’ll continue coming only here to get my hair cut — eight years in a row now.
Kudos to those who really deserve it and the HIMMEL & HOELLE team really does.

Don’t go there I want to have her solely for myself! Moni is a class of her own!
I know Moni for over 10 years and every other hairstylist I met in between couldn’t keep up with her. She is the ultimate color and highlight expert and her cuts are perfect over months. Coming to her first own salon you will feel comfy as soon you entered the door. Its fun chatting with her and her partner Norman the tattoo artist who is sharing the premises with her or playing with Finch their hilarious miniature bullterrier.
As you can see I am huge fan of Moni and though I want to have her only doing my hair I am willing to share her with you ;) Everyone visiting Hamburg should give her a shot and I promise you will fly in or drive to Hamburg each time you need a touch up! Just make sure you reserve an appointment early since others already discovered my insiders’ tip!
