Hackett

I’ve liked this store from the beginning due to its location and upscale interior design. I’ve now though also had a wonderful customer service experience on top of the very professional service you usually meet here.
I decided to get a made-​to-​measure suit and worked together with Mr. Von Appen. He took initial measurements and accompanied the whole process. Unfortunately, after two attempts at a proper fit, he figured out that it just wasn’t going to work out and offered to give me my money back.
Now for the details: I am into working out and have what one would call a muscular build… broad shoulders and chest as well as a relatively slim waist. I decided to go made-​to-​measure as off-​the-​rack never fits me anyway without completely ruining the suit via tailoring… I’ve tried… trust me.
I was pleasantly surprised with the initial consultation from Mr. Appen and decided to go with Hacket for the suit. He was diligent and patient with the process and they had to send the first suit back a couple times to the tailor until eventually figuring out that it was just cut wrong. They decided to toss that suit and start again. Unfortunately the next one that came was cut wrong too. Technically, I should be complaining but I have great respect for the store and their honesty. They simply said I’d be better serviced going to a tailor for full-​custom who measures and then sews for me. Will be more expensive but for my body probably the best bet. They immediately offered a full refund and couldn’t be more apologetic for my time.
This is what I highly respect when it comes to clothing stores. There are so many options out there that only via customer service can you really stand out. I will go out of my way now to get things from Hackett in the future as I am extremely loyal to customer service and this is how you anchor me as a customer. They gave me my money back on this purchase but I’ll make sure to come spend it here in the future.

Hackett an den Hohen Bleichen bietet klassische britische Herrenbekleidung an. Von sportlich bis schick, kann sich der Mann von Welt hier einkleiden. Der Stil ist mit dem von Ralph Lauren zu vergleichbar.
Preislich ist Hackett natürlich kein Schnäppchen, aber dafür bekommt man auch qualitativ hochwertige Mode, die zeitlos und auch noch Jahre später aktuell ist.
Der Store ist ansprechend aufgebaut und erinnert etwas an ein altes britisches Herrenhaus mit vielen kleinen, verwinkelten Zimmern.
Wenn man Beratung wünscht, bekommt man diese gern, ansonsten wird man beim Gang durch den Store in Ruhe gelassen.
