Bestellung für 30 Personen, geliefert wurde für 20 und als ob das nicht schlimm genug wäre, würde die Bestellung auch verwechselt.

Just spent 2.5 hours at this newish (opened less than six months ago) restaurant. I am stuffed and satisfied. The owner’s hospitality surpassed my expectations.
Food: I knew I was ordering too much but how could I not get an appetizer and entrée at an Afghani restaurant? I ordered mantu, which were meat filled dumplings with a lentil and tomato stew on top and mint yogurt sauce. For my main dish, I wanted pumpkin but they didn’t have it on the menu, so I ordered the sautéed eggplant. Although it had a similar tomato sauce to the mantu, I enjoyed it simply because of its buttery smooth texture. The dishes were served with Afghani flatbread and the staple three sauces (spicy, yogurt, and possibly cilantro). I was served complementary Afghan sweets, which I hadn’t tried before.
Service: Granted that I was the only paying customer in the restaurant, I received great service. My food was perfectly spaced out. I arrived around 21:30, so I was around while they were cleaning up and got to chat with the owner and learn about the Afghani community in Hamburg.
Ambience: I loved the Afghani décor. Beautiful tapestries and wooden furniture throughout. The owner asked if he should turn down the Afghani music but I shook my head, as I was enjoying it very much.
Price: Good price for the quality. I ordered a pot of tea, appetizer, and entrée and was charged 13,90.
