Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Besitzer-​Ehepaar. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und übersteigt die Erwartungen, da auf Sonderwünsche Rücksicht genommen wird.
Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Gelnhausen in das Grimmelshausen Hotel.

I have twice brought groups directly from the Frankfurt airport to the Grimmelshausen in Gelnhausen and both times have been well received by my group. A family owned business, the hotel is run with a sense of pride. It is not a luxury hotel and its prices reflect that, but the breakfast service is excellent and the rooms and environment are genial and comfortable. They need to work on their WiFi, but that is a small complaint. Gelnhausen is a small town with the history of a major city and it has great rail connections, so I will continue to go back again and again. Especially when it means we can avoid the environment of Frankfurt.

Das Hotel ist durchschnittlich, das Personal ist nett, das Frühstück gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich. Ich war leider im Rekordsommer dort und hatte ein Zimmer unter dem Dach. Das sollte man vermeiden, wenn man denn schlafen möchte. Allerdings ist das bei Temperaturen unter 35° sicher kein Problem.
