Tryp Hotel

Ehemals Tryp, jetzt Q-​Hotel einer großen spanischen Kette.
Sauber und einfach beschreibt das Hotel am besten, die Messepreise sind wie fast überall in Frankfurt Mondpreise für das, was geboten wird.
Amenities eher dürftig (Bademantel?) aber die Bar in der Lobby ist aushaltbar. Hier aber nicht nach 22:00 nach einem Bier fragen, das kann noch nicht mal aufs Zimmer gebucht werden.
Checkout eher langsam und das Personal eher überfordert als initiativ und verantwortlich. Naja, habe Ähnliches erwartet.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Frankfurt for work. It was fairly close to the Messe (the convention center), had a great little bar and rooms were OK. Interesting that they do not have in-​room Wifi available through the hotel. You needed to buy hotspot cards for varying durations of time which would be OK if the service wasn’t so spotty. The contstant lag used up all the minutes.
I also don’t think the hotel was prepared for the heavy usage of both wireless and food and drink consumption with the hotel being so full they had run out of things mid-​way through my week-​long stay.
Would I stay here again? If I didn’t have other options, then yes. I’d rather get all needed services available in the hotel so might choose a larger chain next time.
