A (barely) tolerable take on «Asian» food — even by airport standards. This is in terminal 1B, up the escalator to the «food court». Don’t be fooled by the tables that look out onto the airfield — those are for the adjoining German restaurant Kuffler & Bucher. I got the vegetarian wok for € 10,50 and a beer. The wok was stir fried vegetables (mostly lettuce with some celery, a bit of onion and some shreds of carrots and bell peppers) in a thick — simultaneously oily and watery — flavorless sauce with white rice. By barely tolerable, I mean I coated it in more sauce and ate pretty much all of it, after being in transit for 8 hours or so. 3 stars because I could eat it, it wasn’t € 20, and we’re talking about airport food.

Stopped in here on a layover from the States to Dubai. Thought I would try something but was a little over whelmed by the lack of choices. So I picked asian because it looked good. Grabbed a beer, got the stir fry and it was good. A little more vegi’s than I’m used to. You know us Texans need our protein! Overall great food and Beer.
