I can only comment on breakfast here even though the cakes and pastries looked amazing.
Breakfast is very simple: choose from a variety of breads, spreads, meats and cheeses. Lots of drinks to choose from — at least a half dozen or so varieties of teas, coffees, espressos, juices and 4 different local sparkling wines.
I do like my bread to be warmer, especially if it’s going to be featured. Also, the pretzel was a bit tough and all the salt was on a small section.
Everything I had was good, and the atmosphere is so pleasant. The reason for the 3 stars is that nothing really stood out. While my experience was positive, I really don’t have much incentive to go back.

Total gemütliches kleines Café. Meines Erachtens nach gibt es hier den besten Kuchen in ganz Esslingen — vom Café Stolz in Stuttgart. Eis hat es auch.
Einfach zu empfehlen!
Heute habe ich mal den Toast Hawaii probiert: noch nie besser gegessen. Ich glaube, dass war mein erster Toast Hawaii mit frischer Ananasscheibe!

Super gelegen, nette Bedienung. Schön wären Preise an den aushängenden speisen und Getränken. Zudem könnte man Servietten reichen :)
