Nice gym with lots of good, new equipment and friendly staff. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the usual ‘muscle Marys’ who seem to think all the free weights and benches are for their use only and nobody else’s, but you get those types in any gym I suppose. At least those types aren’t interested in the weights machines or cardio equipment so it is still possible to do a reasonable workout, but if you prefer free weights be prepared for some folk to get snotty with you. Also there are no trainers as such you have to follow diagrammatical instructions so this place is not really for beginners. The place is open ²⁴⁄₇ and the price is incredible so cannot really complain!
