Dieser Netto City ist ganz okay. Kleine Läden haben eher die Tendenz zu verschmuddeln. Aber dieser ist für seine engen Platzverhältnisse gut geführt.

Nope. No. Definitely not.
The only reason I keep coming back to this store every once in a while is its convenient location about 2 minutes away from my front door, right in the Zollhausviertel.
Apart from that, there isn’t anything good left to add.
The queues at checkout are ridiculously long, and apart from 1 or 2 nice lads, the staff are extremely unfriendly.
Quite often during summer the refrigerators will stop working, which results in the food thrown into all kinds of different places, until they start working again. Two days later, same thing.
The fresh food, especially veggies and fruit go off at least twice as fast as in other stores — it’s not uncommon having to throw away the fruit you bought a day earlier, because it was already going mouldy. I’m not even going into detail about the meat…
And the prices are definitely not as low as you would expect.
I might buy the odd pack of milk when I’m too lazy to walk elsewhere, but I definitely can’t recommend it!
Bottom Line:
