A great surprise and quite possibly the best pizza i have ever had in Europe. Yes, I said Europe. Once in Firenze I had a favorite spot but this place is top notch. On my way back to LA from Munich I discovered this fantastic spot. This is where my Air Berlin layover for connection was. This restaurant is a hidden treasure and it’s in an airport. Located across from Gate C 32 of the Dusseldorf airport. it is a must try between flights. They have german beer on tap and a really cool and friendly middle eastern looking guy will make you the pizza of your travels. I had the meat, bacon and whatever pizza and ate the whole thing. The dude next to me ordered the less meaty option and he ate all of his too. Might be the only reason to fly Air Berlin.
