Back in the day when Peter Diezel was a boutique manufacturer of guitar amps it was very easy to speak to him in person or have Uwe Salwender, one of his bigger resellers to personally help you with the product. I’ve recently had some issues with the circuitry on the power amp side and in trying to get support, I’ve gotten no answer. I guess success may have gotten to them. Good thing they make a great product but I feel the commitment to their customer base has definitely slipped. The VH4 will always be a classic in my eyes but making sure your customers are happy should be of utmost importance.
