Gut geführtes Businesshotel ohne Anbindung an die Verkehrsinfrastruktur von München.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Mc Donnalds und Baumarkt. Von außen macht es nicht viel her und man fragt sich, ob man dort wirklich übernachten will.
Der Wow-​Effekt kommt dann Innen. Sehr sauber Zimmer incl. Einbauküche. Das Restaurant ist schnell und lecker, das Frühstück umfangreich und frisch.
Als Geschäftshotel sehr zu empfehlen, für einen München-​Ausflug zu weit draußen.

Conveniently located next to a shopping plaza (Mister Lady Jeans, Takko, etc) and a McDonalds! The hotel is painted very vibrantly with colors actually reminding me of McDonalds… haha but nice nonetheless. We booked this place because we were in town for Oktoberfest and EVERYTHING was booked. Only detriment is that from the train station it is kind of in the middle of nowhere.
The room was very nice however — clean and modern. The room had a balcony door that… led to nowhere… it had a gate preventing people from falling out of the door, but you could easily climb over it. #strange
When we got there we had German Gingerbread Hearts or Lebkuchenherzen waiting for us… along with a tiny packet of Haribo gummy bears and a Stay2Munich bathtub duck! The next morning, there was a complimentary (or we payed for it within our tab) breakfast that consisted of a plethora of meats, cheeses, pastries, and cereals.
I would go back for the breakfast alone.

Day one… i arrive and and ask about food she tells me at the front desk there is a restaurant upstairs, i go upstairs and its closed for another 2 hours was not informed this. the back downstairs i ask where to eat except macdonalds across the way, just something easy not junk food. she said no where no where in walking distance. even though is in a big complex, i dont feel like driving after driving all day. i decide to walk around and wait for dinner in 2 hours, i walk in the same complex to the bowling alley there is a mexican restaurant so she either did not know or could not be bothered to tell me this. i come back to set up my internet… told to log in per instructions as upstairs and it does not work… i go to call down for instructions guess what NO PHONE am i living in russia? i go down to ask about internet and says do i have a laptop and she give me a ethernet chord!!!(apparently yes Russia)… i ask about is there a phone in the room to make a wake up call if i need to she say no i have to come down and make one… no isnt Russia its now Bulgaria… so if i could call the manager to complain i would, but i fucking cant because there isnt a phone. and this is just day one…

Zwar im Gewerbegebiet zwischen Ikea, Obi und Metro, jedoch sehr ordentlich, ruhig und gepflegt.
Zimmer in angenehmen, teils etwas popigen Farben, mit dunklen Möbeln.
Auch Appartments, die man für längere Zeit mieten kann gibt es hier.
Preislich absolut im Rahmen.
Toll ist der Shuttleservice zum SBahnhof.

Ich war sehr erstaunt wie schnell sie dieses Hotel hochgezogen haben. Es ist wirklich schön geworden und gleich neben dem Ikea Brunnthal. Ich wohne ganz in der Nähe und Quatier nun immer mein Besuch dort ein, wenn nicht alle in meine kleine Wohnung passen.
Hier kann man ganz normal Zimmer buchen oder auch Appartements, wenn man zb nur für ein halbes Jahr in München ist. Da ist sowas dann praktisch. Man bekommt die Reinigung wie im Hotel, aber man hat trotzdem eine kleine Küche.
Der Style ist auch ganz cool. Ganz in bunt gehalten, bringt es immer wieder gute Laune. Im Sommer kann man oben auf der Terrasse super unter den Palmen brunchen oder am Abend Cocktails trinken.

Saugeil finde ich das Hotel, weil man dort sowohl normal übernachten kann, als auch in Appartements wohnen kann denen ein Service zur Verfügung steht.
Man kann in möblierten Appartements wohnen denen zB. ein Reinigungsservice angeboten wird. Die haben dann auch eine Miniküche, so dass man sich dort ganz einfach selbst versorgen kann und so kein Frühstück oder Abendessen bezahlen muss.
Meine Freunde haben da mal so ein Apartment gebucht und waren richtig begeistert. Man hat dort kostenloses Internet und einen Safe für den Laptop mit eine eingebauten Ladesteckdose.
Ich hab sie dort mal besucht und wir haben etwas an der Bar getrunken. Die Cocktails waren superlecker.
