USO Mobile Canteen

I added this business just so I could review what a TERRIBLE experience I had. Let’s start off with the fact that this is in an American area and therefore most if not all of the customers are American.
I chose a dish described as meatloaf (but was actually a homemade version of SPAM as I was about to find out). The blonde lady serving me had a very disdainful attitude and face and lacked any customer service skills. When I received my dish, it was nothing like I was picturing and immediately said I wanted something else to which she VERY unhappily obliged. She was incredibly rude even though I apologized as its not entirely her fault that the dish was extremely unappetizing. No one likes SPAM. NO ONE. She called out my new order a few minutes later and I went up and was very grateful and smiling. She did not make eye contact with me and I think I heard her mutter something in German which I can only assume was derogatory. My replacement meal was bland and barely edible, but I had a few bites to attempt to satisfy at least some of my hunger.
As we were cleaning off of our plates, she shouts across the dining hall, «So are you not going to pay for that?» She continued, «It cost money for that food and I just had to throw away the other one. What do you expect me to do?»
I can’t even begin to tell you about the look of shock on my face that someone would ask you to pay for that after the fact and acted like it was my fault that they made horrible food. Additionally, you could tell the ingredients of their food were the absolute cheapest possible. It’s highly doubtful that cost per plate was more than € 1. As if it’s a big loss to her. If you’re in the service industry, it’s LITERALLY your job to make people happy and have a good experience so they come back and dine with you once again.
She didn’t make us pay the cost of the second dish but who knows if they spat in it with that kind of attitude.
TL;DR: DON’T EAT HERE. DONT. Unless you like rude service and subpar food… Then, by all means…
