Wrap Me

When my family & I entered this place. We were in a rush & I thought to myself «Oh God, we are right next to the river, hundreds of tourists passing through– I am sure this won’t taste good, & the prices will be ridiculously expensive,»
I was proven wrong. For 8 Euros, we got a full, full meal– a wrap, a drink, a really good salad with dark greens (not your iceberg lettuce bs). The chicken wrap was DELICIOUS. I was pleasantly surprised.
I will be back here again. The flavors were very good and unique-​ish to Berlin so I know with the cravings, I’ll make the trip back to Mitte.

I had a quick lunch here on Christmas Day. It wasn’t our first choice, but it did happen to be open and looked like it was promising.
I ordered the mango chicken salad with balsamic dressing. It came with a few slices of bread, but it was a little dry and lacked flavor. The salad itself was quite refreshing, although the mango pieces were extremely soft and had a different texture (I don’t know what was up with that). There was a good amount of chicken and they put the perfect amount of dressing over the whole thing.
Our server was nice, the inside of the small restaurant was cute, the price was fine, and the food was decent. However, I wouldn’t plan to come back because throughout the whole meal, fruit flies were all over our table. I kept swatting them away several times a minute for the 20 – 30 minutes that we were there. We were seated indoors, mind you. I’m not sure why there were so many fruit flies, but it made it difficult to enjoy the meal as I was constantly guarding my glass of water, my bowl, and the food on the fork on its way to my mouth! Two fruit flies got into my husband’s beer and one or two landed on a piece of lettuce or two in my salad.
To summarize, I’m giving this place 2.5 stars because of the fruit flies, but if not for the fruit flies, it would have been a 3 — an average, decent place. Try it out if you want, but beware of the fruit flies!

Had the beef taco’s which were good, nice salade on the side. The only thing that dumbfounded me was the fact we couldn’t pay with card. Which in this day and age is not acceptable. No credit cards yes but no debit cards that’s sooooo 2008.

More of a Tripadvisor place than a Unilocal place if you know what I mean? But a pleasant surprise…
I’m not one for lunching at tourist central — anywhere! Except for cake of course. But € 8.90 for a chicken and bean wrap with salad and a beer caught my eye. Well, that and the fact I was feckin’ knackered!
And I’m glad I did on this sunny day. A beer was needed to soak up all that sunshine, so adding some good food just seemed logical. A picture perfect view of Museum Island, great service, lecker food and diesel fumes venting from the cruise boats — perfect

Pretty good as far as atmosphere and food quality goes. Of course, when one orders a burrito in Germany you get something more akin to a fluffy wrap. The steak burrito had only a small bit of meat, chunks of lettuce, and a little bit of rice. If you’re looking for a serious burrito try Dolores.

Ce lieu se trouve à proximité de l’île des musées ce qui le rend super pratique entre 2 visites. On y mange bien et sain et pour pas très cher. J’ai l’habitude des wrap minuscule qui né comblent pas ma faim mais ceux de chez Wrap Me sont largement suffisant, surtout avec la salade qui les accompagne.
Je recommande si on veut manger sur le pouce tout en ayant envie de né pas manger trop gras !

Un endroit parfait pour faire une petite pause déjeuner quand on visite l’Ile des Musées. Enfin c’est ce que je me suis dit en entrant dans ce snack spécialiste des wraps ! ;)
L’endroit est moderne et propre. Il y a une grande terrasse mais aussi de la place à l’intérieur.
Petit + (ou gros pour les geeks comme moi ^^): le Wi-​Fi est gratuit, il suffit de demander le code d’accès. :)
Et les prix sont tout à faits corrects, surtout que les Wraps sont vraiment bons et copieux !
J’ai donc testé un Wrap menu avec un Wrap The Day, une salade et une bière et j’ai été totalement satisfaite.
À retenir donc si vous chercher à remplir un creux pendant votre visite touristique. ;)

Schnell, lecker, frisch… Für 8,90 in der Lage ein Wrap, Salat und Getränk. Weder romantisch noch gemütlich. Halt ein leckerer Fast Food Laden…

Also bei mir gibt es alle 5. Sehr nettes Personal, frische Zubereitung und für absolutes Touristenzentrum ist sogar das Preis/​Leistungsverhältnis Klasse. Empfehlungen werden erteilt, wenn es bei der Zusammensetzung holpert, hier wird gern geholfen und es schmeckt dann. Unbedingt auch mal den Ziegenkäse mit Salat probieren, lecker.
Das Ambiente ist ja bereits treffend beschrieben, ergänzend Im Sommer ist auch ein Tisch an der Spree mit Blick auf den deutschen Dom möglich.
Ich bedanke mich herzlichst und werde wieder kommen.

Wer sich auf der Museumsinsel befindet und vom vielen stöbern, staunen und entdecken twas Hunger bekommenhat, kannsich bei Wrap me niederlassen, um etwas frisches zu snacken, oder beispielsweise den Wrap auch direkt zum Mitnehmen.
Das Gute an dem Laden ist vor Allem, dass man sich seinen Wrap selbst vom Inalt zusammenstellen lassen kann.
Die Auswahl welches Gemüse, welcher Reis und welche Soße sich im Wrap wiederfinden sollen, bleibt der eigenen Fantasie überlassen. Nachdem man sich entschieden hat, woraus der Wrap bestehen soll, wird dieser frisch zubereitet. Hierbei gibt es leider einen Stern abzug, denn der Teig schmeckt als einziges nicht frisch und wird wohl auch nur massenweise angeliefert. Die restlich frischen Zutaten werden in den Teig eingewickeltund einem in einer sehr praktischen To-​Go-​Schachtel mitgegeben.
Den Preis von 4,90 finde ich okay dafür, dass der Wrap extra nach eigenen Vorstellungen für einen zubereitet wird. Fleischbeilage kostet 1−2EUR zusätzlich.
Natürlich kann man hier auchnoch Getränke, Salate und andere Kleinigkeiten bestellen.
Alles in Allem ein guter Platz um sich zwischendurch einen relativ gesunden Snack zu holen.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und die Preise passen auch. Der Teig vom wrap schmeckt nicht so gut dafür ist der Inhalt sehr lecker. Dem Koch kann man durch eine große Glasscheibe beim zubereiten der Gerichte zugucken :)
Hier würde Ich noch einmal Essen

Ein Kleiner Snack gefällig? Vor dem Museumsbesuch hat man noch die Qual der Wahl. An diesem Geschäft vorbeigeschlendert, sieht man von Außen gar nichts. Was ein Wrap ist, weiß man gibt es diesen auch zum Mitnehmen? Einfach hineingeschaut, da saßen die Leute dicht gedrängt an eng gestellten Tischen und aßen. Ja, zum Mitnehmen kein Problem. Man sucht sich iim Baukasten-​Prinzip die Füllung aus und bekommt den Wrap in Papier und Pappe gewickelt auf die Hand. 4,90 Euro kostete das Teil. Der Wrap-​Teig schmeckte nach industrieller Herstellung, die Füllung war sehr schmackhaft, die Füllmenge: für den kleinen bis mittleren Hunger.
