Wir sind im Dong Xuan Center gern zum Einkaufen frischer asiatischer Lebensmittel und zum Essen. Schön ist, das es hier wirklich eine große Vielzahl authentischer Gerichte gibt, die mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet werden. Heute hatten wir hier im Viet Phở die Frühlingsrollen Ha Noi und Bun Cha Ha Noi. Beides ausgesprochen lecker. An die Exoten haben wir uns noch nicht herangetraut, aber werden wir bestimmt noch probieren. Es gibt hier viele ausgefallene Sachen wo sich das Ausprobieren lohnt. Auf jeden Fall lohnt es sich, hier immer mal wieder vorbeizuschauen und das werden wir auch tun.

Viet Phở is part of the Dong Xuan shopping center. It’s a full, sit-down restaurant among many shops and stands.
My favorite part of the meal was the spring rolls, which had a different filling than I am used to. They offer THREE types of spring rolls and at least two types of summer rolls. My limeade and entrée tasted good but the flavors were a bit lacking. The limeade didn’t taste as fresh and sour as the limeade from other vietnamese restaurants and the entrée tasted like multiple ingredients served together rather than one dish. Unfortunately, they also cater to the German-Lichtenberg palate and have chop suey and the sort on the menu.
I’ll probably go again, if I’m at the shopping center and want something more than the steamed buns from the various stands.

Wer mal richtig gut essen möchte der ist… isst…hier am richtigen Platz .Es ist sehr sehr sauber. (Das ist auch sehr auffällig)
Das speisenangebot ist Top… Freundliche Bedienung … Nettes Ambiente… einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen .
Mein persönlicher Renner sind die Suppen .Es ist alles Frisch… Und das schmeckt man.

Bun cha dort essen. Super! Mittlerweile haben die den grill außen aufgebaut. Da kannst sehen, dass das Fleisch schön frisch gegrillt wird.
