The prices are fine. There are various kinds of movies to choose from. I’m just the type of person who saw ‘everything’, so I get the feeling there isn’t a lot of choices around. The service is great and they even have snacks! Well prepared people. Also they have great deals like if you rent out a movie before the clock strikes 12:00 you get to pay 1 € for it. Awesome huh?! Yes it’s a highly recommendable place for renting and buying movies and snacks.

Zuerst einmal das gute: Sie sind zentral an der Schönhauser Allee gelegen das war es dann aber auch schon !
Nun zum negativen: Das Personal ist Streckenweise mehr als unfreundlich und inkompetent!!!
Hat man eine Beschwerde wird man mit einem Achselzucken blöd angeschaut und bekommt als Antwort: Aha oder Naja.
Alles in allem gibt es daher nur eine sehr schlechte Kritik von mir, da es sich ja um ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen handelt und dies leider bei den Aushilfen scheinbar nicht angekommen ist.
