Nice service, great fast lunch. 5 Euros for a big plate of really good pasta. Would totally go back.

Hmmm, it is not too easy to decide how many stars to give. The food, I would say, was solid 3 stars, but the atmosphere not so much. The restaurant looks nice and cosy from the outside, but from the inside sadly not so much anymore. The place seems to be family-owned, which is nice, but barely anyone seems to be speaking German. I personally don’t mind, but the English is also not stellar, which makes communication a bit difficult. Still, I don’t mind that, it reminds me of travelling in a far away land. But, what really was a downer, were the toilets. The area downstairs is so freezing cold that you might turn into ice. The most unpleasant experience was seeing, or more so, selling the cook though. When he passed by our table, he reeked of sweat, even for minutes after he was gone. This kind kinda also messes with your appreciation of the food. All in all, I would not go back here. Kinda sad, as the they could really make something cool out of the place — the name already being a good start.

What can I say, I love this place. It’s starts with the name: For those who don’t know, ‘Spaghetti Western” is what we call an «Italo-Western». And then there’s the exceedingly charming waiters(even if their service is not always top notch). Personally, I love the interior marked by raw wooden tables decked with a single candle, high ceilings and a somewhat open kitchen. The menu, although hardly short, is simple: Antipasti, some salads, lots of pasta and a couple of desserts. My favorites: the rucola salad with pear, honey, Parmesan and walnuts(although I don’t like walnuts or even rucola, this salad is unbelievable); the ravioli; spaghetti with basil and mozzarella(simple but delicious); the BREAD!!! And the crocant ice cream. Add a glass of their Montepulciano and I am feeling good! I recommend Spaghetti Western for a solid, good meal when you’re too lazy to cook and for an affordable dinner out with friends(4 – 6 people). Outdoor seating is available in the summer, but the location direct on Torstraße is not necessarily so ideal out eating outside. Reserve on weekends or be prepared to wait a bit. They recently took over the store next store and have opened up a wine bar. Haven’t been there yet, but can’t wait to try it out!

this is an excellent pasta place. the menu is simple, just a couple of starters(the antipasti platter is great) and pasta. but the pasta is just as it should be and way better than in most italian restaurants in that part of berlin. their spaghetti al arrabiata are fantastic, properly spicy and smokey.

Good small pasta restaruant in Mitte. Pasta is usually well cooked(al dente). Surely worth a try for those who love spaghetti&Co. highs: well cooked pasta lows: waiting time can be a little long My favourite: spaghetti with anchovies
