Albany, CA
Rooms are small but clean and functional. Breakfast is a buffet style with good selection of meats, fruits, breads, and yogurts.
Right next to the markisches museum (U2) subway stop which is very convenient.
The neighborhood immediately around the hotel is quiet with very few restaurants and shops.
The wifi is absolutely horrible. I paid for it, but it is so slow that it is basically unusable.

This was the first hotel i stayed in Europe, I was very disappointed at the room size and how simple the room is furnished. But later I got used to the European style hotel room, and realized this hotel was not that bad. Easy accessible location, as it’s close to a subway station, only two stop away from Alexanderplatz station. I also enjoyed their breakfast during my stay. Btw, the front desk sells stamps, so I was able to mail my postcards right from the hotel.

Tout fraîchement revenu d’un city trip à Berlin, je m’empresse de donner mon avis sur l’hôtel dans lequel j’ai passé deux nuits.
Ambiance Wallstreet, moquette dans la chambre représentant un billet d’un dollar américain, très sympa. Cadre classe et propre. Grande salle de bain avec une immense bainoire et de grands miroirs. Hauts plafonds qui ajoutent du cachet à l’endroit. Lit confortable.
Accueil nikel, localisation en plein milieu du quartier Mitte à 60m d’une station de métro et à deux arrêts d’Alexanderplatz.
Je conseille :-), prix raisonnable — 70 €/​chambre par nuit.
Seul hic, le wifi n’est pas gratuit !

Saint Louis, MO
Good solid hotel in a nice area of Berlin. Quiet street, not far from lots to do and see. A bit strange visiting old East Germany and opening the door to your room to find a giant dollar bill rug, but I’ve had worse surprises. Rent a bike and ride around the city, try to see as much as you can!
