Oh-Berlin is one of the many agencies that provide vacation rentals in Berlin. Their website was extremely user-friendly and easy to maneuver, and I liked the selection of apartments they offered.
The correspondence with the representatives of the agency was efficient and well-organized, and they were courteous and responsive every time I’d emailed or spoken to them. Esp. when our flight to Berlin was delayed in Frankfurt for 8 hours, they were helpful in arranging our arrival.
The apt we’d rented was exactly (just as nice) as it’d appeared on their website, and the proprietor was professional and courteous.
I would definitely use the agency again next time I return to Berlin.
