Used their online service. Despite being a relatively easy customer to please (I use Outfittery regularly to much better results), they managed to fail completely in finding decent clothes. I kept only one item of 20 plus that were sent.
Then due to their own administrative errors they sent my payment to a debt collection agency, without proper redress. This lead to doubling of the amount due. To make matters worse, they refuse to reverse this. So I’m left with an overinflated bill or a credit rating problem.
Avoid! Use Outfittery!!!
