I’m going to go ahead and tell you right now that we stayed here because of the proximity of the hotel to the airport, the price (GREAT), and the availability of the shuttle to the airport. We dropped off our rental car at the airport and walked here. I think it might have taken 20 minutes, but it wasn’t long. We were all (family of 4) wearing backpacks, and not rolling luggage. I think there is a paved route, but we walked on the side where we had to walk through grass to get there.
This seems like a 20-​something/​30-​something/​backpacker young people sort of party place. It wasn’t loud, but there were definitely people having loud conversations on the terrace of the 4^th floor (which is a pretty awesome design/​idea) late at night — we slept with the windows cracked. Didn’t keep me up, just wanted to let you know, though, in case you’re a light sleeper.
The room had wood floors. Our room, which had bunks and a double bed, also had 1.5 bathrooms. Carpet is kind of disgusting to me, so this was pretty great.
The other great thing about this place is the proximity to an Aldi and a liquor store. We were able to get food for both dinner and breakfast (no fridge in the room, but there is a community fridge off the lobby). They actually have a kitchen just off the lobby, so you could totally make a meal there if you wanted to. Pretty awesome.
Coffee is available from the host/​hostess ²⁴⁄₇. It’s decent coffee.

Nice Hotel, located just a few minutes away from Schönefeld Airport, incredibly silent in the rooms as it has triple glass windows, nice Atmosphere, friendly staff, and a real nice bar/​terrace in the lobby.
It has a fairly big parking lot which costs something around 8 € per day, but it’s nothing more than a piece separated from the Aldi parking lot. So if you’re willing to walk 3 steps more, park for free just beside it and you’re good to go.
They have free WiFi and have a breakfast buffet, nothing fancy but somehow enough and inexpensive.
For us it was really great, because we were just moving around Tempelhof and Schönefeld, and had the advantage to Park 2 MB Vianos without any trouble.

Clean, modern, great facilities, close to the airport but far from the city. 30-​minutes. Not cheap, not expensive. Breakfast not great. Buns could be much more fresh. Parking should be free. Staff often grumpy by phone.

We stayed here for three nights in June and were pleased with our stay. Although described as a hotel/​hostel, you wouldn’t know it’s a hostel. The clientele seems to be just travelers and not so much rowdy 20-​somethings.
The hotel has air conditioning, which was a very welcome addition during our stay while it was very hot. It is a very new facility and the rooms was very modern and clean. With 4 people in my family, we had a queen-​size bed and a bunk bed for our kids.
Since it is a hostel, it has some amenities that are helpful for travelers looking to economize, such as a kitchenette complete with stove, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. There is a Aldi grocery store attached to the hotel, so you are only a few steps away from being able to buy your own groceries for a cheap meal.
I would definitely stay here again.

Absolut in Ordnung, wenn man Preis-​Leistung betrachtet. Kann mich dem Beitrag von andiberfra nur anschließen. Ist wirklich etwas sehr hellhörig! Zimmerpreis super günstig unter 50 EUR, Frühstück kostet 7,50EUR und ist ok. Einen langen Weg zum Zimmer hatte ich auch. der Parkplatz kostet 8 EURman kann aber auch nebenan auf der kostenlosen Parkfläche parken, solange der Airport BER noch nicht geöffnet hat, ist hier sowieso noch nichts los
Praktisch ist auch der ALDI paar Meter weiter, wenn man noch Getränke o.ä. braucht.
Da das Hotel neu ist, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! WLAN gab es kostenlos!

Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, recht schickes Design. Wurde Anfang 2012 eröffnet daher nicht abgewohnt. Seeehr lange Flure. Geräuschdämmung zu den Nachbarzimmern könnte besser sein. Flughafen SXF quasi um die Ecke, BER über die Autobahn wenn denn endlich eröffnet schnell erreichbar. Preis-​Leistung passt (unter 50EUR/​Nacht) Parken in den Nebenstraßen (Wohnviertel gegenüber) kostenlos! Den Hotelparkplatz kann man sich eher sparen
