Laras’ is the pitstop for walking tour-goers. It’s located across the street from the portion of the Berlin wall still left standing. i didn’t order anything, but they offer many pastries and hot or cold beverages. The place looks like a well-oiled machine; all the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to handle the rush of people coming in. With the crowds, though, good luck if you need a toilet break. Otherwise, there are multiple levels with chairs and couches for people to mill through and chill, and they also have free wifi for anyone who needs it!

On a free walking tour of Berlin, stopped here for a break. Excellent selection of drinks and veg options. We got a spinach pie and a veg quiche, all very well priced, pipping hot and quite tasty. And lovely service plus free wifi– what more can you want?
