For a store that has just opened up you would think that they would pay more attention to customer service. But again we are in Germany. I had gone in to buy allergy medicine and thought to pick some up for my partner. Each package cost 30 € (total sum spent € 60). When leaving the store, I found out that my partner had already purchased some meds and I went in to see if I could get my money back or exchange the product for something I would need. NO. I could neither get my money back OR exchange it. Store policy. So much for Kollwitz Apotheke. I’ll stick with Apo-​rot. There the price for what I purchased was 15 €. Half price, just two blocks up and they know their neighbors. lesson learned…

Direkt am Kollwitzplatz befindet sich eine tolle Apotheke, die mir alleine schon vom Ambiente her gefällt. Das Ladengeschäft wirkt eher klassisch, nicht zu groß und hell.
Das Angebot und der Werbeaushang wird hier nicht übertrieben. Man hat als Kunde das Gefühl noch in einer Apotheke zu sein. In anderen fühlte ich mich schon mal gelegentlich wie in einer Drogerie, Reformhaus oder sogar Parfümerie!
Das Personal hier ist sehr freundlich und berät gern.
Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation und das Wohnumfeld sehr schlecht!
