Dr. Berndt is probably a great doctor, but I could never get past her wall of non-​helpful or mean receptionists to actually make an appointment to see her.
* 1st visit: Door is open, clinic is open. «Can I make an appointment?» — «No, come back on Monday.»
* 2nd visit: I meet a super mean receptionist with white hair on top and black hair underneath. She’s screaming at a sweet elderly woman (who screams at a sweet elderly woman???), then gets to me. Me: «Can I make an appointment? Do you speak English?» — Her: «NO!”(eyes big and angry)… then proceeds to help me out… in English! … then tells me to come back later.
BYE!!! Life is too short for all this foolishness, anger, and I will not be subjected to aggression towards elderly people who could be my grandmother.
