Elsa Joly

The dental office of Dr Elsa Joly has been recommended to me by a friend, and so when I needed to schedule a professional teeth cleaning appointment, I called them. I was accomodated quite immediately; I didn’t need to wait several weeks for an appointment. I then had a tooth check-​up, which was great, as it was covered by my insurance, and then they also recommended I should get my teeth cleaned, which, unfortunately, is not covered by German insurance.
When I got there on my second appointment, I was early for my slot, and they were early too. In fact, I remember they were late for my first appointment, and they even apologized for that.
Dr Joly is French and speaks German, English, and French. Her staff is great, and accomodating even though there are a few misunderstandings due to language difficulties.
I think they usually send you a bill to your house, but I opted to pay for my session right there and then. They do not accept card payments, so bring cash if you want to do that.
