Dr. Stefan Jünger

Nachdem meine Hausärztin ihre Praxis aufgegeben hatte, wurde mir Herr Dr. Jünger von einer Freundin empfohlen.
Ich musste zwar 1 ½ Stunden warten, weil viel los war, aber das war er wert.
Er hat sich Zeit genommen, mich in Ruhe erzählen zu lassen, aufmerksam zugehört und mir wirklich sehr geholfen. Ich fühle mich in der Praxis bestens aufgehoben, und kann sie nur jedem empfehlen.
Auch die Sprechstundenhilfe war sehr freundlich. Tiptop!

I went to the doctor in the morning right after 10 AM. Sprechstunde is from 8 AM to 13 PM. The receptionist took my Krankenkasse-​card and Überweisung and since the waiting room was full I took a walk because I anticipated the wait was going to last a while. I was informed that there were 6 patients before me. I got back later and waited. And waited. Right before 12.00 I asked the receptionist for my Überweisung in order to get it back since I could not wait any longer. The doctor happened to walk out of his room at the same moment, grapped my arm with his fingers and pushed me out of his way, shouting: We do not take any new patients! I was totally shocked by this. The receptionist assured me that I was next on the list so I stayed despite the doctor’s unfriendly behaviour and was of course expexted to be called in as the next person. Instead of that some other person was called in and after that again someone else and again someone else. I was just left to stand there! They obviously had some people with previous appointments which I could understand but these 3 people were all people who had also waited in the waiting room and all arrived after me! All 3 receptionist assured me that I had been on top of the list for more than half hours and said that they were sorry but they could not had any impact on that who the doctor chose to call in. The receptionists were sorry for the situation, said that it should have been my turn but all seemed to be afraid of the doctor. One carefully suggested to him, between patients, that I had waited a long time and the doctor shouted at me (again!) If you do not have an appointment you have to wait! and slammed the door to my face. I do not blame the receptionists, they did what they could. Behaviour of the doctor was horrible and I have seldom felt so humiliated in my life. Funnily enough I could not help noticing that I was the only non-​German in there and an only one with a name that was clearly foreign. After the 3^rd patient was called in before me (all patients that arrived after me) I asked my Überweisung back, told them that I found this absolutely unbelievable and that I would never come here again and went home. So, I wasted two hours of my day off, did not get treated and on top of that was completely humiliated and grapped and shouted (twice!) by the doctor. I strongly do not recommed this place!!! I have also contacted the appropriate officials about this matter to take it further.
