I ordered the goats cheese and spinach quiche although I could see from the tables around us that the crepes were being enjoyed too. An enormous slab of quiche and salad arrived and I planned to split it and take half home. That never happened! It was so delicious, everything a quiche can be. I ended up eating the whole thing! The ginger tea, also had been made with great care. Afterwards, my companion and I sat talking for ages with Feral and Jorgen. We both liked them and what they are doing. A more welcoming couple would be hard the find. A great place to visit if you are exploring the Halbinsel.

In the middle of nowhere just off the Rummelsburger Bucht, the place is hidden from everything and you’d never guess there’s a place to eat if it wasn’t for the sign directing to it. The service can be pretty long, but pretty much everything is cooked from scratch. And they do make sure you’re gonna like what you ordered. Jürgen is usually the one doing the service, and he’s super nice and friendly. Make sure you hop by if you’re in the neighborhood.

This place is absolutely unique. An amazing couple turned their kitchen, living room, and backyard to a cozy restaurant for the neighbors. The food is fresh, good portion, and incredibly tasty. I’m definitely gonna go back to this place.

Herzlich, liebevoll, sympatisch, … Noch nie habe ich eine solche Nähe zu den Inhabern erlebt, die in keinster Weise aufdringlich oder erdrückend war. Ich bin durch Unilocal auf die Creperie aufmerksam geworden und konnte zu Fuß vom Hotel«Das andere Haus VIII» hinlaufen. Die Creperie liegt mitten im Wohngebiet, das die letzten Jahre entstanden ist. 4 Sitzplätze direkt in der Küche neben den Platten für die Crepes. Die Küche ist super sauber, aufgeräumt und ist hochmodern eingerichtet. Mein herzhafter Crêpe war schnell fertig und individuell nach meinen Wünschen erstellt. Viel Salat, viel Schinken, reichlich Käse und Tomaten. Alles frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Von Jürgen habe ich den eigenen Wein probieren dürfen — eine halbe Flasche haben wir beide geschnaselt und ein super tolles Gespräch gehabt. Beide sind sehr sympatisch, natürlich und autentisch. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und das leckere Essen machen diese Location zu einem echten alternativen Geheimtipp.

Das ist ja mal eine innovative Café’ Idee… …bin begeistert, wie bei guten Freunden oder guten Nachbarn sitzt man hier völlig unbeschwert im sehr gepflegten Wohnhaus der Eigentümerin und genießt feinste Bioprodukte. Auch der hauseigene Wein(Weingut Laue) schmeckt ausgezeichnet! Bitte hingehen und ausprobieren, allein wegen des Überraschungseffekt.
