Blut + Eisen

I had an all around fantastic experience with Blut und Eisen, getting my first tattoo there when I lived in Berlin. Everyone who I interacted with there was extremely pleasant, nice, and helpful. (I speak some German, but with English being my primary language, they were happy to cater to whichever I preferred — which is good when you have to verbalize decisions about something that will be on your body forever, and maybe can’t find the exact words in your second language.) Katrin was my artist and did a really beautiful job; I felt well taken care of, completely listened to and considered, relaxed, and satisfied. I have also heard very similar, equally wonderful things about the other artists there. I would most definitely go back for another tattoo in the future, as well as recommend it to friends. I had a fantastic experience getting my tattoo and am also thrilled with the result — nothing’s better than that!
