I’m super pleased with the level of care I received here. Though not a patient of the practice, I found myself needing to have an ultrasound on my leg to rule out DVT, but the problem was that it was a Friday (when most offices close early), and the office my doctor originally recommended is closed on Fridays. That left few options, such as waiting until the following week or visiting the ER… which is the last thing I wanted to do.
A friend’s boyfriend suggested I call this place up, as it’s his regular doctor. I did, and they said to come in at 4:15 in the afternoon and to bring a book. I was happy to have a loose appointment, though I expected a long wait. But as soon as I arrived, they whisked me past the people waiting and into a room, and the doctor showed up 15 minutes later. (For the record, my case was for a possible pregnancy complication, so I appreciate them taking it seriously and making time for me.)
Everyone I encountered was very friendly, asking me questions about the baby, listening to my concerns about my leg, and doing things quickly and efficiently. Within 30 minutes, I was seen and cared for (with a positive diagnosis of nothing wrong, except perhaps a pulled muscle).
While the office itself is nothing fancy, the people are nice (and Herr Dr. Andreas sort of looks like Harrison Ford) and professional. They also wrote a letter explaining what they did and what they found (or didn’t) for my gynecologist, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Bester Internist in Neukölln, macht auch Hausbesuche. Hoffnungslos überlaufen, weil eben gut! Wartezeit mitbringen!

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem Hausarzt in meiner Nähe, da ich es mit Kind immer etwas schwierig finde lange Strecken zu fahren UND ewig im Wartezimmer zu warten.
So bin ich auf Herrn und Frau Doktor Pustelnik gestoßen. Immer wenn ich anrufe, ist bei einem der beiden kurzfristig ein Termin frei und ich komme auch sofort dran. Ich glaube, meine längste Wartezeit beschränkte sich auf etwa eine viertel Stunde.
Die Praxis und die Patienten machen einen etwas ranzigen Eindruck. Es ist eine alte Wohnung umgebaut zur Praxis und ich habe das Gefühl nur alteingesessene Berliner gehe hier hin, das Durchschnittsalter liegt bei ca. 50.
Aber egal, die beiden Ärzte haben mich immer komplett untersucht und nehmen sich auch grundsätzlich Zeit für alle Wehwehchen. Was ich ganz besonders toll finde ist, dass man hier nicht wegen jedem Kleinvieh Bombenarznei verschrieben bekommt, sondern dass einem auch mal geraten wird, sich beim Drogeriemarkt Zinktabletten zu holen oder frischen Ingwertee zu kochen, das hilft meist mehr als der ganze Chemiekram.
