A.A.A. Blitz

If you are a foreign in Berlin, do even try to call to this place.
Today I called then because the door of my wash machine is broken. I am a girl and my german is not so excellent, but I can speak and people can understand me just fine. I explain to him what was wrong and the guy suddenly interrupted me and told me he couldn’t give me an appointment because I didn’t speak German.
I try to tell him that I knew my german wasn’t perfect but I could understand everything he was saying and I could speak even if it wasn’t perfect. The guy interrupted me again and repeated that he was not going to give an appointment to someone who didn’t speak german, that I should tell my «boyfriend» to call for me.
This was so rude and not helpful at all!!! I have called several other times to other service lines in Germany and people make an effort to help you.
This guy is a misogynous, a jerk and a racist. I bet he isn’t even German, because the real german are always kind and helpful.
Don’t waste your time or money on these people. You can find better services in Berlin. What a douchebag!

Unsere Waschmachine hat plötzlich total angefangen zu rumpeln. Bevor es schlimmer wird und ein Totalschaden entsteht, haben wir einen Fachmann kommen lassen. Für die Anfahrt wurden lediglich 10 € veranschlagt, beim Besuch dann nur 5 € berechnet und selbst dieser Betrag mit der günstigen und schnellen Reparatur verrechnet. Im Service enthalten war außerdem ein nettes Geapräch, eine ausführliche Erklärung zum Schaden und zum Schluss Hinweise zur Pflege. Fair, schnell und kompetent, so muss das!
